Wargotz Statement on Judge Ruling on AZ Immigration Law
Wargotz Supports Securing Our Borders
Commissioner Eric Wargotz M.D. released the following statement on the judicial ruling on Arizona's immigration law:
"Arizona is forced to take action because the federal government is failing to do its job. Illegal immigration must be stopped. The federal government must secure our borders. America is a nation of laws and those laws must be enforced. Because the federal government has failed to fulfill its constitutional obligations, Arizona had to act. I support Arizona's decision to take action. When elected to the United States Senate, I will work tirelessly to secure our borders and enforce immigration laws."
